Thank you for purchasing our products!
We offer refunds for manufacturing defects if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery.
To initiate the process, please send an email to veronica@snobbishcat.com with the subject “Refund Request for [Your Order No.]”
Please provide a clear photo or video showing the issue, and describe the issue.
Do note that we are not offering refunds for incorrect shipping details or if your ordered the wrong size. So please check your cart before making payment.
